Have just updated our core website. It looks fresh and polished with new photos and different sections.
Got rid of the superyacht section and replaced it with a section for inflatable fenders.

Have also added a fendercovers for inflatable fenders section to try and make it easier for people to find what they are looking for.

As well as dealing with new enquiries I have spent a lot of time on the marketing side.
I am keen to develop our products in the luxury yacht market and am in the process of redesigning one of our websites - should be relaunched in June - fingers crossed.

Our anti-chafe rope covers are made from the same soft loop fabric as our fender covers. They are specially designed to fit any size of mooring rope or fender line. They are quick and easy to fit, non-absorbent, quick drying and stain resistant.

Our yacht safety rail covers are manufactured from the same high quality soft loop fabric as our fender covers.The safety rail covers have a core of closed-cell foam which makes them non-absorbent,quick drying and stain resistant. They are quick and easy to fit and available in 1 meter lengths.

New on line store

I have just launched a new on line store www.boatfendercovers.co.uk. The new store only sells boat fender covers and fender socks.

Our boat fender covers and fender socks are Made in England to fit the specific make of boat fender on your yacht. These are not one size fits all fender covers.

Each fender cover is woven on special machines from the highest UV resistant acrylic yarn available. There is a wide range of colours and every fender sock feels soft and provides good protection for your gel coat.

M2M Fenders - Avon Inflatable pvc fenders

I am delighted to confirm that we are now able to offer Avon Inflatable pvc fenders to our customers. These high quality easily inflated fenders provide excellent protection for yachts, while saving valuable storage space.
Made from high grade marine plastimer fabric, they have a wide valve for quick inflation and strong webbing fixing points at each end. Available in blue and white.

Too complement these fenders, we have increased the range of colours available for our personalised and standard fender covers.

M2M Fenders - Atlantic Diver - Blue Sharks and Basking Sharks

When Chris and Annabelle Lowe at Atlantic Diver in Newquay approached me for new boat fenders this year, we decided we needed more than just the name in the fenders, we needed something which captured what Atlantic Diver are all about.
Good old Google helped us track down an outline of a Blue Shark, which we combined with the name Atlantic Diver to create a unique set of boat fenders for their dive boat.

It was then announced that BBC Country Tracks would be filming on the boat and it would be great to have the new fenders in time for the filming. I am delighted to say, that thanks to the hard work of everyone at the Anchor Marine factory, the fenders arrived 30 minutes before the BBC.

So if you fancy diving wrecks and swimming with Blue Sharks and Basking Sharks this summer, then head on down to sunny Cornwall and give Chris and Annabelle a call at Atlantic Diver - they would love to see you.

M2M Fenders - Bear Grylls opens RIBEX 2010

Bear Grylls (Chief Scout) opened RIBEX 2010. His motivational style, competitive nature and his passionate belief in helping others to help themselves through his charity work, helped to set the tone for a positive show.

The weather did its best to put a damper on things. But as you would expect, the true spirit of RIBS shone through and I am pleased to say that everyone I spoke to was having a positive show.

Existing customers Cobra RIBS, MRL (Stingher and Predator RIBS) and Wahoo RIBS had plenty of demos booked and confirmed a lot of interest.

I am pleased to confirm that M2M Fenders picked up a number of potential new customers, so all in all a good show.

M2M fenders - Happy New Year

Another year over and a new decade ahead of us - where did the last 10 years go - that'll be an age thing!! The next 10 years of adventure lies ahead:)

What are my plans for 2010? I have revamped M2M's online store and added some new product ranges to complement the existing lines. I am launching a regular newsletter this month together with a marine product sourcing service for existing customers ahead of the new sailing and boating season in the UK.

I am also working on a new product which will be made in the UK for us and available within the next few months. So lots of positives to start the New Year.

I will be visiting London Boat Show 2010 for a couple of days and hope to see you there.

In the meantime - "Happy New Year" and may all your dreams and aspirations be fulfilled.
